IT Architecture & Systems
I’ve implemented, optimized, and assisted with the design of core IT systems, servers, VMs, and technology processes for various SMBs through the MSP industry: ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.

Project Management
I’ve led IT projects all the way from scope to execution. This includes managing personnel, defining and writing operating standards, implementation execution, and above all, ensuring client satisfaction on the deliverable.

Network Engineering
I’ve engineered, deployed, and troubleshot many differently sized networks (using Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and Cisco, mainly), optimizing, firewalls, switches, WAPs, VLANs, and so forth.

Microsoft 365 Expert
I’ve deployed, administrated, and secured Microsoft 365 environments. This includes leading and executing migrations from on-premise AD to Entra ID, on-premise Exchange to Exchange Online, and DFS to SharePoint.

Website & Email
I’ve built and managed business websites, email systems, and spam filter to ensure smooth communication (which is the basis of all business) and of course, a stellar web presence.

Coding & Scripting
I’ve developed automation scripts and dabbled with various custom tools to help streamline IT operations, in an effort to reduce manual workloads and increase overall efficiency within the teams I’m a part of.
